Founder & CEO
I've spent the last decade trying to answer one question: how do you alter the trajectory of someone's life?
Everything I've studied — philosophy, psychology, performance science, theology — converges on that question. And the answer I keep coming back to is deceptively simple: change someone's perception of what's possible, then give them the daily practices to close the gap between who they are and who they want to become.
I played lacrosse at the University of North Carolina — my brother Henry did too. We grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where the sport barely existed when we picked up a stick. We got there because our parents believed in us, because we set a goal most people said was impossible, and because every single day we did the work.
After college, I started coaching and training young athletes. The same pattern kept showing up: incredible talent, no system. Kids who could be extraordinary but had no framework for the daily discipline that makes the difference. No one was teaching them HOW to be great — just telling them they should be.
I'm both the coach and the developer of YOU.PRJCT. I built the app, the dashboard, the website, and the content — while coaching the athletes who use it every day. This isn't a tech company that hired consultants to understand athletes. This is an athlete who learned to build technology.
The Origin
01
It started in college with a podcast called Change You.niversity — built on the conviction that learning to self-direct change is the ultimate superpower. Five years of studying what makes people transform, and then sharing it.

02
Wrote 'The Angel in the Marble' before turning 21. A book about the power of possibility and the process of becoming. The thesis that would eventually become YOU.PRJCT was already forming: the craftsman and his tools are inseparable.
03
The original idea was analog — a journal called The You. First Project. Physical tools to help people change. Built it senior year of college, five years before the app existed. The mission was always the same. The medium evolved.

04
Started a donut shop out of our house with Henry. Not because we loved donuts — because we loved building things. Every venture was a lesson in the same truth: you just have to go for it.

05
Came back to Cincinnati. Started the Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy. Built You. First Elite. Started coaching the athletes who would become the first users of everything we'd build next.
06
Now we're building something that doesn't exist yet — the operating system for elite performance. Real athletes. Real data. Real development. And it's just the beginning.

Co-Founder
Henry Schertzinger is Harrison's brother, co-founder, and the first person to believe this could work. A Carolina lacrosse alum, Henry brings the same competitive standard to the platform that he brought to the field.
He leads the Classics Collection — a curated library of the greatest thinkers on human potential — and serves as the platform's most demanding tester. If it doesn't meet his standard, it doesn't ship.
The Roadmap
Partnering with the nation’s most elite programs in Olympic sports — the sports where development is the product, not just entertainment.
The Self-Authoring Suite (2026) — a structured writing program for athletes to examine their past, define their present, and articulate their future.
The AI Executive Coach (2027) — trained on our philosophical canon, integrated with athlete data, built to challenge you to become who you said you want to be.
